Amplify Dinamics
Digitally powered water purification
Every year, the equivalent of 300 million plastic bottles rains down on us in microplastic form. Amplify is building the future of clean water, because what you can’t see, can harm you.

The invisible crisis in your glass
Rethinking purification for the nanoplastic era
Conventional water treatment systems were never designed to stop micro- and nanoplastics. They rely on outdated filtration steps that:
- Are expensive to operate at high resolution.
- Clog easily and require constant maintenance.
- Lack of digitalization and real time monitoring detection.

Amplify's technology changes that
We use ultrasound-powered microfluidics to separate and remove nano-scale contaminants digitally, without clogging, and with real-time monitoring.
No Filters
Means no clog
Scalable modules
For water plants and rural systems
>99.99% removal rate
For microplastics <1 micron
Lower operational cost
Less waste, and fully automatable
Outdated regulation, unseen danger
Despite mounting evidence of harm, there’s no binding regulation to limit microplastics in treated water. Water utilities face high costs and lack of affordable, scalable technologies; and governments remain behind on enforcement.

Our Team
Gustavo A. Vásquez M Ph.D.
CEO co-founder
Gustavo A. Vásquez M Ph.D.
CEO co-founder
A passionate and inventive molecular engineer, Gustavo is the original inventor of Amplify Dynamics’ core purification technology, developed during his doctoral work in acoustofluidics and microfluidics at the University of Chicago. As co-founder and CEO of Amplify, he leads the company’s scientific vision, product development, and early commercial strategy.
Gustavo brings a deep technical foundation in ultrasound-based particle manipulation, paired with a drive to solve critical challenges in biomanufacturing and nanomedicine. His research on high-resolution, contactless nanoparticle separation laid the groundwork for Amplify’s first product—an electroacoustic filtration platform that accelerates purification workflows and improves recovery.
Shaped by his experience as a Latino founder, Gustavo brings a global perspective, relentless perseverance, and deep-rooted passion to the company’s mission. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Engineering from the University of Chicago, where he worked with Prof. Juan de Pablo and Prof. Melody Swartz on precision acoustofluidic systems.
